My New Year Resolutions for 2011
New Year's Eve has always been a time for looking back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the coming year. It's a time to reflect on the changes we want (or need) to make and resolve to follow through on those changes. Did your New Year resolutions make our top ten lists? What is your New Year resolution? I hope I can stick with it as my new years resolutions the first one I done in my life. Ronald Schaffer
New Years Resolution #1) Spend More Time with Family & FriendsRecent polls conducted by General Nutrition Centers, Quicken, and others shows that more than 50% of Americans vow to appreciate loved ones and spend more time with family and friends this year. Starting with my side of the family (Schaffer's)
New Years Resolution #2) Fit in Fitness
The evidence is in for fitness. Regular exercise has been associated with more health benefits than anything else known to man. Studies show that it reduces the risk of some cancers, increases longevity, helps achieve and maintain weight loss, enhances mood, lowers blood pressure, and even improves arthritis. In short, exercise keeps you healthy and makes you look and feel better, and I am in a trainning program now at home. Fit in Fitness
New Years Resolution #3) Tame the Bulge
Fifty-five percent of adults in America are overweight, so it is not surprising to find that weight loss is one of the most popular New Year's resolutions. Setting reasonable goals and staying focused are the two most important factors in sticking with a weight loss program, and the key to success for those millions of Americans who made a New Year's commitment to shed extra pounds. I have done that as I weight only 136 for a small frame body and cannot get over 150 pounds. Tame the Bulge
New Years Resolution #4) Quit Smoking
If you have resolved to make this the year that you stamp out your smoking habit, over-the-counter availability of nicotine replacement therapy now provides easier access to proven quit-smoking aids. Even if you've tried to quit before and failed, don't let it get you down. On average, smokers try about four times before they quit for good. Start enjoying the rest of your smoke-free life! I did this 18 years ago! Quit Smoking
New Years Resolution #5) Enjoy Life More
Given the hectic, stressful lifestyles of millions of Americans, it is no wonder that "enjoying life more" has become a popular resolution in recent years. At my age, that is inportant to do.
Enjoy Life More
New Years Resolution #6) Quit Drinking
While many people use the New Year as an incentive to finally stop drinking, most are not equipped to make such a drastic lifestyle change all at once. Many heavy drinkers fail to quit cold turkey but do much better when they taper gradually, or even learn to moderate their drinking. If you have decided that you want to stop drinking, there is a world of help and support available. Never did drink that much all my life and I glad I do not drink and drive..!! Quit Drinking
New Years Resolution #7) Get Out of Debt
Was money a big source of stress in your life last year? Join the millions of Americans who have resolved to spend this year getting a handle on their finances. It's a promise that will repay itself many times over in the year ahead. I do not have any probeme with that, as every thing is paid for. Get Out of Debt
New Years Resolution #8) Learn Something New
Have you vowed to make this year the year to learn something new? Perhaps you are considering a career change, want to learn a new language, or just how to fix your computer? Whether you take a course or read a book, you'll find education to be one of the easiest, most motivating New Year's resolutions to keep. Challenge your mind in the coming year, and your horizons will expand. I been doing that in the last 18 years and it keeps me busy all the time. Learn Something New
Resolution #9) Help Others
A popular, non-selfish New Year's resolution, volunteerism can take many forms. Whether you choose to spend time helping out at your local library, mentoring a child, or building a house, these nonprofit volunteer organizations could really use your help. I start at home for this and if I have any money left, then I help others. Help Others
New Years Resolution #10) Get Organized
On just about every New Year resolution top ten list, organization can be a very reasonable goal. Whether you want your home organized enough that you can invite someone over on a whim, or your office organized enough that you can find the stapler when you need it, these tips and links should get you started on the way to a more organized life. That is a must too, for me every day. Get Organized
New Years Resolution #A) Use Face Book Less Out of 500 Million people around the world are using Face Book which is great. As you can find friend you have not seen for years and find family member that was lost in the busy life we have today, but finally find them on Face Book. People today use Face Book as if they have nothing else to do in life. One person told me to get a life, as your are spending too much time for posting, playing games, and idol chit chat for what, a gossip way of communicating with family and friends and that person was right. We all should have other interest in life besides Face Book. I know I do..!

Face Book Security Questions to get back on line.
Friend Requests and Messages Blocked for 4 Days
To prevent you from contacting people against their wishes, your friend requests and your ability to send messages to strangers have been blocked for 4 days.
Friend requests are more likely to be accepted when you send them to people you already know, such as classmates, friends, family and coworkers.
If you use Facebook to communicate with strangers, they have the option to report that they don't know you or to mark the communication as spam. If this happens repeatedly, you could be viewed as violating Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.
Cancel Pending Requests?
If more of your friend requests are later marked as spam or reported for being sent to strangers, this block could be extended. To prevent this, you can cancel your pending friend requests.
Also cancel unanswered requests?
Remove my unanswered friend requests.
Next Steps
After this 4-day block has been lifted, please only send friend requests to people you believe will accept your requests.
I understand that this block could be extended if I ignore this warning.
