a different position. Hope this is the right connector. I in closed a photo.
It is near the center of the console and YES I might have to pull the
panel off to make it eraser to connect the wire harness, # 3035-P
I might take a couple photos of the install or maybe a video and send it to
you? michael.howell@etrailer.com

Trailer Brake Controller Installation - 2006 Ford F-150 - Video
Question:
Cannot find the connecting block for the 2006 Ford F-150 under the dash. The Truck is pre-wired for the brake setup. The Prodigy P2 electric brake controller supplies power to your tow vehicles brakes proportionally. How do I find it under the dash? pictures please.

Expert Reply:
On a 2006 Ford F-150, the factory harness you are looking for will be located under the dash but on the right hand side near the center console. It may be difficult to reach so you may have to remove a dash panel to get to it.
Instead of just pictures, we have something even better. I have included a link to a video showing installation of a brake controller on a 2004 model that should help. The 2004 through 2008 Ford F-150 all take the same brake controller wiring harness, # 3035-P, so the instructions, which I have linked, should also help.

The only problem I had was locating the Connect Block under the dash of the Ford 2006 Super cab F-150, but did finally found under the center of the dashboard from the left door to the center of the Steeling Colum. Total time to install ½ hour as the Ford truck was pre-wired for pulling a trailer. Thursday, October 13, 2011 Ron Schaffer

Cigarettes to jump to over $5.00 a pack in Colorado in 2009
Cigarettes to jump to over $5.00 a pack in Colorado in 2009
Cigarette companies to increase prices by about $0.75/pack (between 71 cents and 81 cents plus retailer costs) in addition to and at about the same time as CHP tax of $0.61/pack goes into effect bringing most cigarettes over $5/pack.
The Cigarette really is becoming DEAD. It’s like a drug habit, that all!
This is surprising and good news. In our program, we have already talked with a man who said that the new $5 packs of cigarettes have helped him make up his mind to quit for good. Another person at the gas station said she wanted to quit and wanted the QuitLine number. Joe Seller’s quit class already has four people signed up, largely because of these increases. Another person said, that he got rid of the smoker’s cough within a month.
High price -due to taxes and otherwise- is the biggest factor that deters children from starting tobacco in the first place. Due to the state of the economy, we may see even more adults say enough is enough when it comes to tobacco as well. The only problem may be that cigarette smokers may look to spit tobacco as an alternative, then get cancer to the lips.
We need to help steer them toward the FDA approved NRT products like the patches and gum instead.
Following yesterday’s announcement by Altria (see article link below), Reynolds and Lorillard announced nearly identical cigarette prices hikes. Unless Altria, Reynolds or Lorillard also announce cigarette price discounts (to offset these price hikes), the nationwide average retail price of Marlboro, Camel and Newport (the most advertised and best selling brands) will exceed $5/pack next week.
Altria’s new huge price differential between its cigarettes and smokeless products may encourage many cigarette smokers to try spit tobacco. That is the nastiest thing to do..!!
Comment: You anti smoking types don’t get it.
Keep raising the price of smoking.. lol us smokers are not going to quit because its expensive.. heh because its FALSELY expensive. Tobacco isn’t rare, its not valuable.. you idiots set the price high. Its easy to sneak untaxed tobacco around, people sell them in NYC all the time.
All you are doing is letting cigarette smugglers get rich (and yes, I would buy from them) and eventually creating criminals.
I don’t care if they go to 1,000 bucks a pack. I BUY them and will smoke them until I WANT TO QUIT, not when you control freaks TELL me to quit. Sounds like a know it all person.
If you can afford to smoke, then you can do any thing in life, just adding another nail to your coffin. Smoke, Smoke, Smoke that Cigarettes, until you smoke your self to death..!!
But, if your 70 years old and older, why quit now. You made it this far, so your lung will be black inside, like a coal miner has. Shortness of breath! Enjoy.
Remember when in the 1955!!
Cigarettes .18 Cents a pack, now over $5.00 a pack Wow…..!!
And I thought that selling cigarettes at $1.00 a park was making money in the Army 1965
Work From Home
Data Entry Work From Home Jobs
Data Entry Menu
• Data Entry Jobs
• Home Data Entry
• Data Entry Work
What are online data entry jobs?
Online data entry is the inputting of raw information onto a computer system and employees in home data entry jobs need good, fast and accurate typing skills.
Companies need information to survive in today's competitive marketplace and it needs to be in a form that helps senior management make informed marketing and accountancy decisions which will affect the future direction of their business.
Most senior managers regard their time as too valuable to be bothered with what they see as the mundane task of simply inputting raw data into their centralized systems. They regard their job as more decision-maker than word processing clerk. So online data entry work such as alpha affiliates is delegated to a more junior, full-time employee member of the team.
In data entry work, the main problem with delegation to current employees is one of logistics. To enter data entry job at a company's office requires first of all, physical space, secondly, access to a computer terminal and thirdly, extra time spent on payroll and employer tax and deductions for the employees.
Many companies are now beginning to realize that outsourcing data entry work is a more economically viable alternative, reducing fixed costs such as extra space, heating and the costs of depreciation on their computer system and of course the extra electricity required which may not fit in with the ethos of an environmentally aware company.
There are many reasons why companies need online data entry operatives, the most common being the updating and maintenance of database driven systems.
If a company has a large mailing list for example, then keeping track of address changes and customer details is of paramount importance. If contact with a customer is lost, then the possibility of future sales to that customer is also lost. It has been proved that it is easier to sell to an existing, satisfied customer than acquire new ones.
Likewise with accountancy.
An organization must have basic information to make decisions that will possibly affect future operating profits. Every time a purchase is made, the invoice needs to be entered onto the company system. This data entry needs to be done on a daily basis so that a tight rein can be kept on spending. Sales must also be dealt with in the same manner. Otherwise a false profit or loss may show up and management will be making uninformed decisions which will ultimately affect their bottom line.
So there are work at home opportunities in the field of online data entry as regards employment.
There are three main routes into employment in the data entry jobs field. The traditional route to employment means that you can look in the full job description classifieds of your local paper for in-house work. While plenty of opportunities exist for word processing work in-house, the overall prospects for the next few years indicate a slowdown in the number of data entry jobs available.
Another approach is to find data entry work with an agency who deal specifically with office administration work. The agency will charge the employer a fixed rate for every data entry hour worked and you as the work from home employee of the agency will be paid, will get a percentage, the agency getting the rest.
That way, the company does not have any responsibilities as an employer, apart from the obvious health and safety issues. A good agency will ensure that you are given regular breaks away from your terminal and proper working conditions to avoid eye strain and possible RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) or carpal tunnel syndrome.
Traditional employment agencies, despite their seemingly obvious advantages to the employer have their own drawbacks.
Firstly, because the agency is in the business of making a profit by bringing employer and temporary employee together, average wage rates tend to be substantially higher than the costs of normal employer practice of in-house employment.
Also, employers worry about security. To have a temporary home data entry work employee having possible access to company secrets, either through the computer system or simply listening to other employees at the water cooler is a major concern for some businesses, industrial espionage is big business and the easiest way is to get a fake employee into a competitors business and get them access to the computer system. Some employers limit access to their systems so the home data entry work operative can only see what he or she is allowed to see but in most companies, security is so lax that it would be easy to gain unauthorized access to other parts of the system.
A third alternative which is rapidly gaining in popularity is the work-at-home agency. For home jobs employer, agency and employee, the system has obvious advantages.
In many systems, the employee is given a "dashboard" which resides on their own PC and this is connected to the agencies computer, a special piece of software converts and uploads the entered data to the employers computer. Upon typing job completion, payment can then be issued.
For the employer, the security risk of a home business stranger on the premises is eliminated. For the agency, operating costs are reduced as they will not have to insure the employee against accidents on the employers premises and they also do not run the risk of being sued for possible data theft by an unscrupulous agency employee.
Because of these lower costs, the agency can afford to lower its charges to the employer whilst still maintaining their own profit margins while still paying the employee a fair wage.
For the employee, there are numerous advantages in the work from home system. There are no traveling costs involved, everything is done via the internet, you can try it right now and also employees are not bound by office hours. If they wish to work at 2 AM then so be it. As long as the work is done by the time specified and is accurate then agency and employer are satisfied and payment is forthcoming.
Unlike many so-called work at home opportunities, home data entry, although it doesn't sound very glamorous is a way of earning a living from home and if the standard of work is good enough then repeat work for the employee will be assured, and quite a good living can be made. I been looking for a job on the Internet with Computer Data Entry at home and been communicating for a month with a famous fright carrier (Express Shipping) like DHL, UPS, FedEx, Global Express, International Express and Moving Company Express Etc. I been doing this on my spare time, instead of being on Face Book & Skype video chat. I might know next week from today. Been using phone, fax and email and people I know.
Maybe FedEx, since my son has been with FedEx, 19 years / ? I have had this kind of experience in the middle 1980’s for Mountain Bell Phone Company.
Just got a call from a local phone company in Colorado today. January 14th, 2011

My New Year Resolutions for 2011
New Year's Eve has always been a time for looking back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the coming year. It's a time to reflect on the changes we want (or need) to make and resolve to follow through on those changes. Did your New Year resolutions make our top ten lists? What is your New Year resolution? I hope I can stick with it as my new years resolutions the first one I done in my life. Ronald Schaffer
New Years Resolution #1) Spend More Time with Family & FriendsRecent polls conducted by General Nutrition Centers, Quicken, and others shows that more than 50% of Americans vow to appreciate loved ones and spend more time with family and friends this year. Starting with my side of the family (Schaffer's)
New Years Resolution #2) Fit in Fitness
The evidence is in for fitness. Regular exercise has been associated with more health benefits than anything else known to man. Studies show that it reduces the risk of some cancers, increases longevity, helps achieve and maintain weight loss, enhances mood, lowers blood pressure, and even improves arthritis. In short, exercise keeps you healthy and makes you look and feel better, and I am in a trainning program now at home. Fit in Fitness
New Years Resolution #3) Tame the Bulge
Fifty-five percent of adults in America are overweight, so it is not surprising to find that weight loss is one of the most popular New Year's resolutions. Setting reasonable goals and staying focused are the two most important factors in sticking with a weight loss program, and the key to success for those millions of Americans who made a New Year's commitment to shed extra pounds. I have done that as I weight only 136 for a small frame body and cannot get over 150 pounds. Tame the Bulge
New Years Resolution #4) Quit Smoking
If you have resolved to make this the year that you stamp out your smoking habit, over-the-counter availability of nicotine replacement therapy now provides easier access to proven quit-smoking aids. Even if you've tried to quit before and failed, don't let it get you down. On average, smokers try about four times before they quit for good. Start enjoying the rest of your smoke-free life! I did this 18 years ago! Quit Smoking
New Years Resolution #5) Enjoy Life More
Given the hectic, stressful lifestyles of millions of Americans, it is no wonder that "enjoying life more" has become a popular resolution in recent years. At my age, that is inportant to do.
Enjoy Life More
New Years Resolution #6) Quit Drinking
While many people use the New Year as an incentive to finally stop drinking, most are not equipped to make such a drastic lifestyle change all at once. Many heavy drinkers fail to quit cold turkey but do much better when they taper gradually, or even learn to moderate their drinking. If you have decided that you want to stop drinking, there is a world of help and support available. Never did drink that much all my life and I glad I do not drink and drive..!! Quit Drinking
New Years Resolution #7) Get Out of Debt
Was money a big source of stress in your life last year? Join the millions of Americans who have resolved to spend this year getting a handle on their finances. It's a promise that will repay itself many times over in the year ahead. I do not have any probeme with that, as every thing is paid for. Get Out of Debt
New Years Resolution #8) Learn Something New
Have you vowed to make this year the year to learn something new? Perhaps you are considering a career change, want to learn a new language, or just how to fix your computer? Whether you take a course or read a book, you'll find education to be one of the easiest, most motivating New Year's resolutions to keep. Challenge your mind in the coming year, and your horizons will expand. I been doing that in the last 18 years and it keeps me busy all the time. Learn Something New
Resolution #9) Help Others
A popular, non-selfish New Year's resolution, volunteerism can take many forms. Whether you choose to spend time helping out at your local library, mentoring a child, or building a house, these nonprofit volunteer organizations could really use your help. I start at home for this and if I have any money left, then I help others. Help Others
New Years Resolution #10) Get Organized
On just about every New Year resolution top ten list, organization can be a very reasonable goal. Whether you want your home organized enough that you can invite someone over on a whim, or your office organized enough that you can find the stapler when you need it, these tips and links should get you started on the way to a more organized life. That is a must too, for me every day. Get Organized
New Years Resolution #A) Use Face Book Less Out of 500 Million people around the world are using Face Book which is great. As you can find friend you have not seen for years and find family member that was lost in the busy life we have today, but finally find them on Face Book. People today use Face Book as if they have nothing else to do in life. One person told me to get a life, as your are spending too much time for posting, playing games, and idol chit chat for what, a gossip way of communicating with family and friends and that person was right. We all should have other interest in life besides Face Book. I know I do..!

Deleted Files.
Deleted Files.
Have you ever wondered were your deleted files gone to, out the window, under the carpet, in your trash can, or maybe they are in your closet?
How can I Recover Deleted Recycle Bin Files?
Is there any way to get a file back after you delete it and empty the recycle bin?
Ever thought you were done with a file, and then realized that you need the file back? Or, maybe you accidentally deleted the wrong file? And to make matters worse, you even emptied the file from your recycle bin.
Is it possible to recover deleted recycle bin files?
The answer is YES! When you delete a file and then empty your recycle bin, many people think the file is permanently gone. Even the Windows help menu will tell you that "Deleting an item from the Recycle Bin permanently removes it from your computer."
The truth about recovering deleted files once they are emptied from the Recycle Bin
"On common operating systems like Microsoft's Windows family, simply deleting a file, or even following that up by emptying the "recycle bin", doesn't necessarily make the information irretrievable.
Those commands generally delete a file's name from the directory, so it won't show up when the files are listed. But the information itself can live on until it is overwritten by new files. Even formatting a drive may not do it.
The only sure way to erase a hard drive is to "squeeze" it: writing over the old information with new data -- all zeros, for instance." (Source: The Associated Press, Jan 2003. Click here to read the full article)
So, if you have not permanently erased your hard drive with a product like WhiteCanyon's WipeDrive, it is not hard to recover deleted files.
Data Recovery Made Easy!
The only data recovery software you will ever need. Recover My Files data recovery software will recover deleted files emptied from the Windows Recycle Bin, or lost due to the format of a hard drive, virus infection, unexpected system shutdown or software failure.
See your deleted files before you purchase!
If you have lost or deleted a file and need to recover it, we can help. And best of all, you do not have to purchase the software to find out if it will work for you! You can download Recover My Files right now and search for your deleted files. Try it risk free.
How to recover deleted recycle bin files
• Step 1 to Recover Deleted Recycle Bin Files:
Download and install Recover My Files
• Step 2 to Recover Deleted Recycle Bin Files:
Select the Type of Search
Click on the desktop icon to run the program. A wizard will present you with three search options:
1. Fast Search: Try this first, should complete within 20 minutes;
2. Complete Search: Includes a Fast Search and should be complete within 1 to 5 hours.
3. Format Recover: Run this search if you have formatted your hard drive. The search should be complete within 1 to 5 hours. Follow these instructions.
Click next to proceed to the next wizard screen.
• Step 3 to Recover Deleted Recycle Bin Files:
Select the Drive To Search
The next wizard screen performs a scan to identify the devices (hard drives, digital camera, USB drive etc) that are connected to your computer. Select the device you wish to search by using your mouse to place a green tick in the box next to the device name.
The "Folders to Search" option allows you to add existing folders into your search. Add a folder by double clicking with your mouse in the specified location, remove a folder by double clicking on the folder.
• Step 4 to Recover Deleted Recycle Bin Files:
Selecting File Types to Search
The next wizard screen asks you to select the file types that you are trying to recover. After you have run the search, files that are located will be grouped by file types according to the selections you have made in this screen. All other files will be catagorised as "other deleted files".
PLEASE NOTE: The number of file types selected will directly impact the speed of the search. We suggest you select between 1 and 10 files. MP3 and Text files are the slowest. Conduct a separate search for these files.
• Step 5 to Recover Deleted Recycle Bin Files:
Running the Search
When the 'start' button is pressed the search is commenced. Note that a "Complete Search" and a "Format Recover" may take a number of hours as they are a scan of your entire storage media.
It is possible to preview the search results while the search is in progress. Use your mouse to move the progress box out of the way and access the search results screen behind it.
• Step 6 to Recover Deleted Recycle Bin Files:
The Results Screen
Files found are grouped by file type in the left hand column (any files that are found that do not belong to a file type that you selected are placed in the "Other Deleted Files" folder).
Click on the file type in the left and column to display the files found for that type in the right hand column. Click on an individual file in the right hand column to see its properties and a preview of its contents (if available) in the bottom windows.
• Step 7 to Recover Deleted Recycle Bin Files:
Saving Recovered Files
Recover My Files must be purchased and registered in order to save files.
Click here to buy Recover My Files.
To enter the registration key click 'Help' and then 'Register'. Select the files to be saved in the results screen by placing a tick next to the file. Then click the save button. You must save files to a seperate storage media to the one on which they were recovered.
If you are using Version 2.90, released 5 November 2004, you can save directly to writeable CD or DVD (to access this feature select the drop down arrow next to the "Save Files" button on the results screen).
I do not think that people want to recover the deleted files, just get rid of them out of the Computer and free up more space, that all..!!

BEST BUY
BEST BUY
If you purchase something from Wal-MartSearsetc. And you return the item with the receipt they will give you your money back if you paid cash or credit your account if paid by plastic.
WellI purchased a GPS for my car:
A Tom Tom XL.S from
'Best Buy'.
They have a policy that it must
Be returned within 14 days for a refund!
So after 4 days I returned it in the original box with all the items in the box with paper work and cords all wrapped in the plastic. Just as I received it including the receipt.
I explained to the lady at the return desk I did not like the way it couldn't find store names.
The lady at the refund desk said there is a 15% restock fee for items returned. I said no one told me that.
I asked how much would that be. She said it goes by the price of the item.
It will be $45 for you.
I said all you're going to do is walk over and place it back on the shelf then charge me $45 of my money for restocking? She said that's the store policy.
I said if more people were aware of it they would not buy anything here! If I bought a $2000 computer or TV and returned it I would be charged $300 restock fee? She said yes. 15%.
I said OKjust give me my money minus the restock fee.
She said since the item is over $200 dollar sshe can't give me my money back!
Corporate has to and they will mail you a check in 7 to ten days.! I said 'WHAT?'
It's my money! I paid in cash!
I want to buy a different brand..
Now I have to wait 7 to 10 days.
She said well our policy is on the back of your receipt.
I said do you read the front or back of your receipt? She said well the front! I said so do I. I want to talk to the Manager!
So the manager comes overI explained everything to him and he said wellsir they should have told you about the policy when you got the item. I said no one has ever told me about the check refund or restock fee when I bought items from computers to TVs from Best Buy. The only thing they ever discussed was the worthless extended warranty program.
He saidwellI can give you corporate phone number.
I called corporate. The guy saidwellI'm not supposed to do this but I can give you a 45 dollar gift card and you can use it at Best Buy.
I told him if I bought something and returned it you would charge me a restock fee on the item and then send me a check for the remaining 3 dollars.
You can keep your gift cardI'm never shopping in Best Buy ever again and if I'd been smartI would have charged the whole thing on my credit card! Then I would have cancelled the transaction.
I would have gotten all my money back including your stupid fees! He didn't say a word!
I informed him that I was going to e-mail my friends and give them a heads-up on the store's policy as they don't tell you about all the little caveats.
So please pass this on. It may save your friends from having a bad experience of shopping at Best Buy
It's true! Read it for yourself!!
